5: Brockley School Life

Bold, welcoming banners were created to transform the austere exterior of a primary school in south east London.

The banners depict ‘school life’ with collages created by the children and staff.

“The great thing about the banners is that they truly are children’s work from conception to product BUT in assembling them Chloe and Alice add 150% through their finishing touches.

Chloe and Alice take the school’s initial brief, listen to the staff and children and then get them engaged in the assembly very quickly. This carries through to the final stages when the banners are being put up because again they are keen to engage with the children and encourage the school to let them join in with the ‘awe and wonder’.”
