4: Processional banners

These banners were created with 9 local schools in collaboration with the Sports Partnership to be used for South London Schools’ mini Olympic Games in 2008.

We worked with a small group of students from each school to prepare individual sets of collages to represent each school. Backgrounds and lettering colours were then chosen to enhance the students’ work.

The banners were designed to be multi-functional : robust and portable for processions, and easily converted to colourful wall hangings for the schools between events.
